Teacher PlanIt is a Backward Design Daily Lesson Planner based on a system of teaching that follows 5 steps to encourage student engagement and understanding. Developing a lesson plan that incorporates Backward Design fundamentals can be complex. It was my task to make the steps easier and allow teachers to share and progress their lessons. My solution was to allow teachers to easily create, share, and track new lessons.
We were tasked with updating Build & Price while keeping the same data system. Users were having trouble completing the process and getting to the important part of attempting to purchase a vehicle. Our solution was to limit complex multi function pages and create more direct actions with clear summary and action buttons.
The data structure for Truck Build & Price is extensive. It was important to get the user into the correct model before they Begin configurating. Our solution was to create a simple steped process.

Our goal was to provide a centralized place for users to receive notifications pertinent to where they are in their lifecycle with the brand, store content relevant to their shopping progress and to their ownership experience. Provide a system that assists customers in managing their shopping and ownership experience across multiple brand touch points. Target customers with personalized content & messaging based on where they are in their lifecycle and what they are trying to accomplish.
We wanted to enable the customer to determine the best model fit, give a customer focused experience, designed to deliver relevancy and content engagement across lifecycle stages. Designed for global applications, we needed to apply a global lens to nearly everything we did, understand regional complexities and make our designs appropriately flexible.
